They still force the employees to get credit cards, gear pitch to sound like that a credit card is only option, only when customer rufuses, including several rebuttals then and only then they accept maillings. Also they tell people that they have donated before with a credit card, when they have no positive proof that the customer did. Also they violate titles vi and vii of the federal labor act. Playing with saleries, docking paying etc. Threaten punishemnet , including docking of pay etc.. if they don't follow their credit card pitch.

Well as previously stated by Connie Sue, SHE is the one that has issues with Xentel. On Memorial Day, she physically assaulted one of the Managers and was given a 3 day "vacation" without pay. That's why she's angry and has posted this message. She's been with the company for 3 years, but NOW suddenly she has a problem with the company, it's management and staff. Seems alittle odd. But then again, so is Connie Sue. She is jealous of the "fun" while working that alot of us have. If she wasn't such a stuffed shirt, she too could enjoy her job. As for the alcoholics, this is Connie Sue's expertise. She's been seen throughout town sitting on a bench with her brown paper bag. Guess you need to go to a few more AA meetings. Drug activity?? So tell me Connie Sue, being hooked on prescription meds is somehow better in your book?????? In summary, if Connie Sue can't be the center of attention, then she's not happy. That's all this grievance is about. See it for what it is!!!!!
