Our technician stated that he is unable to perform the service at the customers home but rather in our shop where the tools and resources required for the service are available. Unfortunately, the customer refused the off-site servicing and was charged a single hour for the diagnostics performed. In fact, our technician had spent approximately 3 hours researching the hardware issue through alienware and supplied the customer with a full summary of the problem which included the recommendation of the warranty service through alienware, which was also what the customer than did after filing this report. Through our professional research and recommendation is this Laptop now repaired. When a car is inspected by a certified mechanic who finds the fault of your vehicle, service charges are also applied, even though you buy and install the parts elsewhere. All technicians within our firm are responsible, certified and very friendly. We have a 'class A' reputation as is reflected upon us by hundreds of satisfied customers.
