I placed an order in December 2010 with Y&G Inflatables of www.inflatable-wholesaler.com I didnt receive the garbage they sent me until June 2011 due to mistakes and employee resignations. After a 6 month wait, with tons MSN conversations and tons of e-mails I received unusable equipment.
Lets start with the blower: when blown up it does not stay up straight and tilts excessively to one side until it topples over, it does not stay steady and falls over everytime, the printing is horrible it looks as if they were running out of ink and has streaks running through the entire image (for example the black is not black, its faded has lines through it and is even blotched into different hues), the white section is all stained with red and the entire piece has sections that have scuffs and scratches and a section of the red at the base is ripped.
Now the inflatables, they are not at all like what they advertise on their website, they are false advertisement! I was told these imflatables were like the ones sold in Los Angeles and now I wouldnt even say they are cheap knock offs because they are nothing like them: the base (platform, jumping area) is extremely thin, theirs has no roof, the net is fabric and not vinyl, it has one air hose instead of two and worst of all although I connected a 2hp motor to it is not sturdy and the entire inflatable collapses!
As for the panels that they printed of our artwork they are also very horrible, we provided high resolution images that were to print clearly and none of the images are clear and are completely pixilated and distorted.
I had loss in revenue and cost of advertising because theyd give me a date that I would receive the inflatables and then they constantly pushed the dates back. When I first placed my order I was given one set of pricing but they didnt honor our contract after their new year and the rep that was helping me they changed the pricing they didnt care that when placed my order they had told me it
would be cheaper. They told me my equipment would be shipped to the port in Long Beach, CA I requested them to be shipped to the port in Houston, they agreed but they ended sending them to Long Beach anyway.
Since I received them I have sent numerous messages and the first few were answered only saying they were sorry for their mistakes and that they would pass on the messages to superiors but now all my messages go completely unanswered and I have yet to get any kind of resolution. After all the hassles and fees for paperwork of importing and delivery that I was charged, it would have
been much cheaper to buy them here and we wouldn't have paid over $3,000 on equipment that doesn't work, they would have been a million times better, everything would actually work.
