Do not purchase a yorkie puppie from Teresa Voqui! she is an unethical backyard breeder thats over breeding her dogs, lists 4-5 puppies every few weeks and charges $2000+++. She is nothing more than a greedy breeder who does not pay taxes per each dog sold and does not have a breeder permit.
I made the mistake of falling in love via puppyfind.com pictures of a really cute tea cup yorkie puppy that was advertised under Yorkie Cuties. At first I contacted Teresa Voqui to place a deposit on the puppy. I told her I need her to ship him in 2 weeks because my son has ringworms and I know ringworms are highly contagious. She said she needed the full payment in order to hold for 2 additional weeks.
After I've send the payment, she soon left me an email saying......"I talked it over with my husband and we just can't hold Mickey because he is ready to go now. And we would like to see him in a new home asap so he
can adjust to a new family. We also discussed the ringworms and ringworms is not that serious, if you
take proper pre-cautions. My husband is a doctor and he says you can buy a ringworm shampoo for the puppy and bathe him in it twice a week to prevent any infestation."
Now here is the strange part, the puppy was only 6 weeks old so why in the world can she not HOLD the puppy? Ethical breeders will NEVER let a puppy go less than 12 weeks of age when it comes to tiny tea cups like she advertised. It seems to me that she wanted to get rid of the puppy asap. I have also emailed her to see if the puppy is health but she refused to respond so I know she does not breed quality dogs.
Another thing is she claims that her husband is a doctor but if thats the truth then he should know ringworms are highly contagious and will not simply be taken care of with a pet shampoo. Either she is lying about her husband or he simply does not know what he is talking about. She then refunded me Partially and kept the deposit without notifing me that she had sold the puppy to someone else!
What kind of breeder is that! She is a very dishonest breeder so please do not buy puppies from her! She just wants your $$$$! Her dogs does not have any champion bloodlines because a friend of mine had bought a puppy from them in the past and she said she did not even get any AKC papers from them as promised. My friend's puppy from yorkie cuties also died of a congenital/hereditary defect last month.
This women treats her dogs poorly and does not know what she is doing. She also lies in order to get more money for her pups. So before you want to buy one of those darling yorkies from her, google up breeders that are reputable. BEWARE!!!!
