I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service manager for any company I have ordered from.

I placed my order on October 11, 2002. I was supposed to recieve an e-mail with my shipping information by the following day. By the end of the first week I e-mailed my concern. I did not recieve a response. It didn't bother me too much, since I purchased a product I didn't need right away. After the second week I ended up tracking my order. It ended up being delivered on someone's porch in California....I live in South Carolina!

So when I e-mailed the company, I recieved a response only stating that they sent the billing information to UPS that day, which indictated that they re-ordered my purchase. I still wasn't upset, since this product was a fun purchase and nothing more.

The last few days, I have e-mailed my concerns to the company. I did not recieve a responce. Today, almost one month after my original order, I called the company. The first thing I hear is a pre-recorded message. This states that if I have a question about a purchase, respond with an e-mail. Of course, I didn't do this. I waited for an agent to answer the phone and told her the situation.

She told me to e-mail the company. Of course I stopped her and informed her that I have been e-mailing them and since I have had no luck, I need to speak with someone.

This is when it all hit the fan! The customer sevice rep passed me on to the manager. Now, this person decided to tell me that what I was telling her was not true! She said that we could talk back and forth but she has the right paperwork! Even though I stated that I have all the paperwork stating that it was first delivered to the wrong address. She stated that it wasn't true, that the product was back-ordered. I asked her why she didn't e-mail me about this. Now she became condisending and I became irate. So she hung up on me. When I called her back, she obviously wasn't available and the other agent hung up on me.

Now, I will never use this company again. Too bad. I really want them to be aware that when I decide a company is worth it, I really spend my money. Their loss.
