ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE ITEMS YOU NEVER ORDERED AND YOU ALSO GET CHARGED FROM OTHER COMPANIES!
I ordered a "FREE" bottle of vitamins from yourfreevitamins.com (AKA Bridgeport Labs) and paid the shipping & handling fee of $4.95. I tried to cancel any further shipments as stated on their web site and they said not a problem and cancelled my membership. A few weeks later I see I am billed $39.95 but I never received anything.
They do have a tracking number on their packages. I emailed them and they claimed I received the second package, though I hadn't. My neighbor who was on vacation for 2 weeks came home to a package that was addressed to me (postal delivery error) she then brought it over. I immediately shipped it back "REFUSED" to yourfreevitamins.com (AKA Bridgeport Labs) in Wallingford, Ct. and requested a full refund.
I eventually received the full refund but then I received another strange charge on my credit card about 2 months later, this one was from Consumer Health USA (AKA Premier Health) in the amount of $61.37. I emailed them and asked them why I was billed, they claimed because I had ordered vitamins from yourfreevitamins.com (AKA Bridgeport Labs) they automatically shipped their information package to me, which I probably threw away thinking it was junk mail. They also stated they emailed me welcoming me to their service, which I deleted because I wasn't familiar of the email address.
Yourfreevitamins.com (Bridgeport Labs) NEVER had one word on their order form about any additional products being sent AND being charged to my credit card.
I emailed Consumer Health USA (Premier Health) and asked them why I was charged, they claimed that the first month was FREE and it was only $59.85 quarterly. That was their excuse!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. Couldn't they have thought of something better than that?? I asked for a full refund and they claimed I would only receive $59.85 NOT $61.37, when I emailed them back and asked why NOT the Full amount..this was their reply (copied)
"Thank you for contacting us. The reason that your charge or refund amount that shows up on your statement has varied slightly from the $59.85 quarterly charge is due to the fact that you were billed through our European holding company.
Therefore, the amount that shows up on your credit card statement could be affected by intra-day currency rate changes outside our control.

So, first of all I am billed for something I never even ordered or wanted then I am not receiving my FULL refund? (They said within 4-7 business days I will receive the $59.85, we'll see). What kind of S**T is this? I could NOT believe that yourfreevitamins.com (Bridgeport Labs) gave this company my personal information along with my credit card information!! I have emailed yourfreevitamins.com (Bridgeport Labs) and requested a list of any other companies in which they may have submitted my information to. As of yet I have not received a reply. I want to know what companies have my information and I also need to beware of charges on my credit card. Since ordering from yourfreevitamins.com, I have had over $100.00 worth of charges to my credit card. All for 1 bottle of vitamins for only $4.95. Basically, as the story goes... YOU NEVER GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING!
