YPC PowerSports Refuses all post-sale contact and will not submit paperwork for title! Lake In The Hills Illinois
We purchased a scooter from Larry at YPC back on July 3rd. Unfortunately, about a month afterwards, the scooter was totaled (who knew scratched cheap plastic was so expensive??) and I was authorized a full pay-out from our insurance company. All I had to do was turn over our title to State Farm. We had not received it yet, so contacted YPC to talk to Larry and find out what the hold-up was. He was not in and I was promised a call back the next day. No call back... I waited a couple days and called back to talk to Larry but was told he was not in and he would definitely contact me the next day. I waited and no call back (notice a pattern here?) It is now September 26th and I have called in excess of a dozen times. Every time I'm told that Larry is not in he will be available the next day. And every time I patiently waited for a call back only to be let down by their lack of customer care or customer service.
Today is the supposed "deadline" of when I should have the title in hand (maximum of 20 business days for the business to turn in paperwork plus 6-8 weeks processing) and surprise surprise, no title in hand.
>>>PLEASE<<< YPC, if you're reading this, TURN IN MY TITLE PAPERWORK. We NEED that money from the settlement!!
