It's a SCAM!

Everything people are saying against this fraudulent company is true. After 45 minutes of arguing zbiddy said they are refunding my $99 and I will receive an email in 24-48 hours saying so, and the refund will be complete withing 2 weeks. If its not, Ill be posting again. As soon as I realized I was charged $99 that at first I thought was my negligence, but after reading reviews see its their ploy I did a live chat to ask for my refund. After 3 minutes I was told I would need to make a phone call. I thought I reached India, but the rep said it was Florida. David began his sales pitch of offering me free bids and just try it.

After 45 minutes of yelling through the phone, and furiously stating I want my $99 back, not a restaurant voucher, gas voucher, discounts NOTHING! Every time he began his sales pitch up again I rudely stated I didnt want to hear anything other than the word REFUND. I told him I would be putting reviews all over the internet, and while I was saying it, I searched for reviews and found this website. So I began reading to David about this scam, then asked him how he liked working for a company that steals from people. I couldnt believe that everything that just happened to me I was reading about.

So its NOT YOU if you got tricked into this, its the website that sucked you in. DONT accept ANYTHING but a refund. Then report this company to every agency possible and every review possible. I will post it on Facebook to every friend I have. Oh, and I called my Credit Card Company to cancel they cant do anything until its posted to the account. So I will call back in a day or so.

I filed the above complaint with the FL BBB today and requested retribution - see below. This is my receipt.

Your Desired Resolution:

To Whom It May Concern; 

I would request a settlement of the following for the harm done by this company. For me I would ask for the restaurant vouchers offered me, and $1000 for all the time and trouble I was put me through to receive a refund and for time to report this fraud all over the internet. I am requesting that Zbiddy search the internet for complaints against their company and for every one they fraudulently charged, they repay 10x the amount for their theft, deception, harrassment and manipulation of their consumers. Some were even unemployed and elderly. 

For every bad product purchased, it be replaced with the the real product. If they were overcharged, reimbursed 10x the amount overcharged. That bots, as some suspect or otherwise, be stopped in the raising the bid to overcharge the consumer. 

And lastly, after all this is done, that Zbiddy be shut down for fraud and theft and be exposed as such. I will be posting this letter on every complaint forum I can find so the unassuming public will be made better aware of their rights against such fraud.
