Purchased a sierra wireless 881U modem through an ebay auction with this company based on the listing "including" a wall charger (payed $25 more then other auctions and their online store based on getting the charger). There is a sierra wireless made charger/dock available for the unit.

I received the unit minus charger and contacted them through email (dec. 6th) ( took 3 attempts 2 through e-bay and 1 out side of e-bay before they responded, they do not monitor nor respond to the built in e-mail on e-bay), that i had not received the charger they appologized and said they would send one promptly. I received the charger quickly, or so I thought it. They sent 2 sony-ericson cell phone chargers.

I contacted them again and asked for the charger,they responded they don't have any chargers.

I have asked for a $20 refund as it is less then the purchase.

I do not trust there ability to offer even a refund.

I have full email transcripts and screen captures of their site listing and original auction listing.

I remember this particular incident. The eBay listing did say that the aircard came with a wall charger. The reason for this is that our listing are built from templates. Since all of the cell phones we sell include wall chargers, this is filled in by default. When this listing was built, our employee forgot to remove the wall charger from the accessories list. Now, bear in mind that this is an aircard and there is no such thing as a wall charger. What the buyer is referring to is a large after market charging dock that you can purchase separately. When the buyer informed us of the mistake,we immediately apologized, explained the situation and offered a partial reimbursement. The buyer apperantly saw this as an opportunity to make some money and demanded a free charging dock a full refund without returning the item. Unfortunately neither of these options were possible and we were not able to resolve the buyer's problem. If anyone wants to see the emails back and forth I would be happy to share.
