Zenithmotor-steven Cooper shiped product i did not order an does not respond to phone or messages,no way to get refund or exchange for correct product even thou i sent back original shipment out 2700.00 dollars l Brooklyn brooklyn New York
i ordered 12 watches from zenith motor-steven cooper ,they were sent cod.after receiving the package i discovered that all the watches were junk and not the ones i had ordered.i called and told them the problem and was told the sales person said he had just sent me what ever he could find. i explained i was going to return them for exchange and was told no problem. sent them the next day and was notified by tracking that no one was there to receive the package.they have been setting at the post office for over a week. i have tried many times to contact someone by phone ,fax and email with no luck.i have tried at least 40 times in the last week.
i have sence read other complaints about the same company. i do not understand how they could have good ratings in all the reviews ,unless they are making up the reviews them selves. i believe this is mail fraud and should be looked into by the FBI.
if you order cod make sure you look at what you receive before you let go of the money or you'll never see it again, even if it is fedx, make them wait.
