I actually place orders for phone service. I speak to people such as yourself every day and I know that a lot of people do not understand how phone, and a lot of other utility services operate. We ask you who you have for phone service at the present moment before we switch your service over and if you had told us that you had one of the carriers that we cannot switch from, then we would have not even processed your order. We are extensively trained to handle most situations but if people, like yourself, cannot understand simple questions, we cannot help it if your order does not process correctly. My advice to you would be to do some research on things before you sign up for them and listen carefully when you are speaking to sales representatives. And in response to the company not giving you a refund check yet, I know that we do send out refund checks once our research and accounting departments have determined that the credit to your account is correct. We do this to protect ourselves. If we issued a refund to every single person that called in without first researching the issue, we could lose money. It is just smart business.
