This is a warning to any customer that decides to use ALIBABA site. I purchased an item that was advertised on their site, feeling I would be safe.
Only to find out they provide no protection for goods purchased from their site. YOU PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I bought two items that was advertised and showed a beautiful photo. I was told I could purchase the item in the photo with two different types of motors.
One was more expensive than the other.
I spent a total of $4000 USD and received two items that was not advertised on their site and did not remotely look like the product that they were promoting on their site.
ALIBABA proposed to give me $200USD as a consolation. What do you think of this?
