Saw their constant ads on TV and decided to try them because I'm in a wheelchair and it's hard to clean my apartment by myself. Real nice lady but she didn't really listen to me on what I wanted.

For the kitchen, I said, "All I want done is the sink, microwave and floor cleaned."

She did some dishes in addition to some of the stuff I asked.  I specifically said, "Don't worry about doing the dishes" yet she spent about 30 minutes on that.  To make it even worse, she didn't even touch my microwave which was DIRTY inside and I actually asked her to clean that.

To make it worse, my dishes were already clean. They were not sitting in the sink so I don't know why she grabbed them to do the dishes while ignoring the dirty microwave I actually asked her to clean. To make it even worse, she grabbed two containers on top of the microwave, washed them and put them back on top of the microwave.

Didn't touch the inside of my fridge (even though she reached inside and grabbed a pop so she had to see it needed some wiping. Their website mentions wiping down the inside of the fridge).

Didn't have to vacuum because I did that before she came over here.  Didn't have to clean my stove as I got a brand new one just that morning.  Didn't have to spend time dusting anything in the bedroom or living room as I told her not to worry about it.

My kitchen is small yet she spent a total of about 2 hours in there when all I wanted was the sink, floor and microwave cleaned.....and she didn't even touch the microwave.  I wanted her to make sure she had time to actually clean my bathroom and she did a BAD job on the tub.

For the bathroom, I said, "Don't worry about the hard water stain in the toilet" but spent time on it anyway too.  I actually told her 3 times, "Don't worry about the hard water stain in the toilet."

I'm in a wheelchair and showed her a bunch of boxes I wanted thrown out as I can't take them to the dumpster myself.  She said, "I will if I have time."  Well, she got about 75% of them because she spent so much time doing my dishes instead.

What I'm most upset about, though, is I told her my main priority was my bathroom as it's next to impossible for me to clean from my wheelchair.  The bathtub walls still had some soap scum on them and the soap holder attached to the wall wasn't even touched and had gunk all over it.

So, she spent extra time on the hard water stain in the toilet that I told her three times not to waste her time on while she completely ignored the soap dish on the wall that was CLEARLY dirty and left soap scum on the walls.  Absolute joke.

Again, real nice lady but didn't listen to my requests.  The one thing I can do myself is my dishes.  I did not pay someone to come over and do that.  I paid for someone to come over and clean the stuff that I can't, especially my bathroom and microwave, yet she spent a ton of time cleaning my already clean dishes instead when I told her not to worry about them.

I even tipped her $20 when she left before checking if she actually did what I asked because I just assumed she did (though I should have known better when I went to the kitchen to get a drink and saw her doing my dishes.  I just assumed she did the microwave since I asked her to and most cleaning people would check that since they get dirty pretty easily).

I wish I had known I could have tipped her afterwards on their website and saved myself the $20 cash I gave her.

Taking out those boxes took about 30 minutes.  Cleaning my kitchen should have taken 30 minutes.  That left 2 hours for the bathroom yet she left half of it undone.  Never again.

To make this 10,000 times worse, when I left my review on Google, I noticed lots of people report about getting scammed. Guess I should have read those first. Lots of people said they were automatically signed up for a membership and if they tried to cancel it, got hit with a $200 fee.

I want to know how/why the owner of this place isn't in jail and the company isn't shut down...especially since they are doing this all over the country.

I reached out to the company many times about this but didn't get a reply.
