They had a notary public, Mark Fish, come to sign papers in my home in Kearney, Nebraska...the two pages where the AMOUNTS OF PURCHASE were blank, and I was told to just initial them...and when I got the check, they had reduced the amount I received over $29,000 less than I was supposed to receive.
An attorney here in Nebraska told me initials on contracts were non-binding....I have tried to negotiate with the representative of HOME VESTORS, ANDREW SPRINGER, and he was pretty cockey about the whole transaction. I was supposed to receive $110,000 and only got $80,000.

YOU sold this thing for which YOU were to receive a certain amount of money you both allegedly agreed to, right? YOU were presented with a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT ENFORCEABLE IN COURT to sign. YOU see with your own eyes there are BLANK SPACES in regard to the amount of money you would receive. Incredibly YOU GO ALONG WITH THIS? I won’t even ask about "COMMON SENSE” because that’s something you very obviously have absolutely no clue about!
