NEXRAD They Purposely Energize and Manipulate The Weather For The Purpose of Pure Evil.

The National Weather Service claims that NEXRAD is used as a reliable weather radar. When in truth, it is used as a geoengineering weapon used to purposely and malicously energize and manipulate the weather and cause severe weather events.
Because of NEXRAD engineering, storms have become more explosive, and more frequent. And the Military Industrial Complex uses this NEXRAD system along with HAARP, chemtrails, and direct energy weapons in an act of geoterrorism to create major disasters, and fulfill their eveil agenda of tyranny. NEXRAD along with DEWs is constantly used to target specific municipalities with geoengineered severe weather. NEXRAD is a weather weapon used in an act of pure hate and evil.
These weather modification weapons need to be defunded and dismantled.
The Deep State, and Bill Gates are the ones reponsible for these dangerous weapons and for committing these weaponized weather atrocities with these weapons. Bill Gates and everyone responsible for creating these weapons need to be arrested, and these weather modification weapons need to be demolished.
