Anthony Rivera the Director Of HR Perfect Building Maintenance thinks racism is only limited to racial comments. This is not good. When i was questioned about a racism issue he kept asking me questions as if racism has a limited deffinition which focuses on racial comments when in the court of law it is more broaden then he will realize. 

Some building supers or supervisors do not like when they are sent employees that lack experience, so some of them, like Luan Cosovic and Luan Mehmedi will complain to whoever possible like area managers, head office, or even building managers, and use them as their cover, so to ask for someone new while giving them a hard time and complaining behind their backs. This is not a smart move on behalf of the company. 

They do not pay their characters! A quick word to characters for hire llc and the characters and employees they hire. They not only have a history for trying to not pay characters as seen when you google search "characters for hire llc does not pay" but their employees will harass you for posting negative reviews. If it is true and proven then it is not slander. 

Secondly to avoid harassment, consider making an anonymous review without details on the specific event, and consider contacting their clients and telling them to not hire them back for more character events, and to consider further research on them and or future company contracts/companies.

Perfect Building Maintenance - New York NY is avoiding sending temps by splitting up the jobs with other workers there. During a time where work is more scarce for temps this is unfair and i suggest something is done about this at least during slow period for temps. 

Perfect Building Maintenance needs to not hire too much people during slow times to even out work. This will make a massive difference. They need to even out temp workers.
