Home Repair Scam--- very costly. Persuaded my parents to pay them to apply this "coating"--- and it is falling away in sheets from the building. It will be labor-intensive to remove what hasn't fallen away from the wall, and then to apply something for new stucco to grip.
It will cost a huge amount of money to have that house re-stuccoed and painted. What else needs to be said, is that these people should be locked up for perpetrating a scam on unsuspecting elderly people.
