Blinko M-qube ripoff fraud billing Internet
I work for T-mobile. I'm your run of the mill basic CSR. I personally get 3-4 calls a day about Blinko charges. Here's everything I know about them. First off I'm not completely sure what they do is legal. If you go to the web site I have listed you can type in anyone's phone number. They will start getting a charge for 9.99 a month for ringers and 3.99 a month for horoscopes even if they didn't authorize you to subscribe them!! Not only that but once you do get signed up it takes an act of god to cancel your subscription.
The 800 number they list is just a machine, I know of no one who has actually spoken to a live person there. I've also heard that texting STOP to 42222 doesn't work either. At T-Mobile we are now giving credits for Blinko charges and can blacklist them from charging you again. Hopefully they will be shut down soon. I hope this helps someone.
FYI M-qube and Blinko are the same company, they both have the same 800# and both bill from 42222.
