Then telling me to click the link to confirm my identity. Then lastly no longer taking my support tickets. Whatever sort of company this is, they are sure not paying up for your time. Consumer beware and stay away ----- RIP OFF -- and they will waste your time going back and forth only to get nothing in return form the lengthy time you put in to do the survey. the site is shaddy
They send you cool incentives to do lengthy surveys with a reward at the end only to find out that there is no reward and they keep on playing with you like you are doing something wrong when in the long run they stop responding.
