Tom Pan Modern Boutique I had asked for an exchange because the leggings did not fit me at all Reston VA
I received the leggings which did not fit me. The seem that was supposed to be in the middle of crotch was sideways, plus the leggings did not fit me so I wanted to exchange for another size.
They just acknowledge but never gave me the option to exchange it. I wanted a refund.

Tom Pan Modern Boutique Inc I ordered a blouse 3X, When I received it it did not fit me. The measurements were very small. I looks like a top that would fit a 5 year old. Yet, the top 's tag says 3X.I can't CITY OF iNDUSTRY california
There is no phone number. Top recieved measures 18 across. Underneath top slip measures 14 across.
