Choice Home Warranty Furnace failed and needed replacement. Inspection was performed on 1/3/2024. The failed part was not available and it was determined on 1/5/2023 that a furnace replacement was needed. From Monday 1/8-1/15 I was told Choice was waiting for an estimate from Sears repairs.
