THEY QUOTED A PRICE AND WE AGREED ON THE PRICE AND WE FILLED OUT A CONTRACT BETWEEN ME AND HIM.
FIRST HE TOOK 6 MONTHS MORE TIME TO DO THE JOB, HE DID NOT SHOW UP ...
