Dolores Pinto, DDS of White Plains NY- The Worst! Beware of Dolores Pinto, DDS of White Plains, NY- (914) 481-1516. Dr. Dolores Pinto is Horrible! I did not have a good experience with this dentist practice for two reasons: 1. I feel they did a bad job with 3 of my cavities (they have done 6+ for me total). The cavities did not set correctly, which they told me was normal and had to have them re-done. I could imagine having to redo 1, but 3 felt like an unordinary high number.
