On February 4, 2009, I ordered 2 pair of hose from ClearPoint Direct. They cashed my check on February 17. As of April 14, I have not received my merchandise.

Clearpointdirect Ordered alistening on dec16 now Jan9 and no product Champlain New York
On Dec16 2008 I ordered a listening device from clearpoint direct. for $9.99 +S.H at $13.90 . The amount showed on my M.C. statement on Dec17 2008.
It is now Jan 9 2009 the product is paid for and never received.
I want either the device or my money back.

ClearPointDirect.com ordered one item #0200 cap rack 12 Dec 08 for $11.90 was charged twice on paypal 12 Dec 08. never received item. called 31 Dec for followup. was told warehouse closed will ship out next week, will credit paypal for overcharge.called 5 jan 09, # not in service. want money back in full.
