Roosevelt Law Center This company was supposed to be getting me a modification since March of 2021, by July when I spoke to my mortgage company nothing was ever processed. After speaking with my case mgr I request a refund and my calls had stopped being answered until I contacted the BBB. They have since taken $1400.00, but stated they don’t have a refund policy.
