Amazon.com Jeff Bezos I had six one hundred dollar gift cards stolen from me. I sent them all the information immediately. All they had to do was cancelled these cards and issue new ones, but they wouldn't.They'd claim they didn't get my stuff, then it was the wrong stuff and kept going on and on when time was off the essence ( so the thieves couldn't use the stolen cards) There was apparently not one person in the entire confederacy of dunces that could grasp this highly technical, difficult concept.
