My wife and I have also been ripped off...we also attended a Storesonline 'workshop' and after a lot of thought, or so we hoped, we decided to go ahead. Only to discover that you can't get ANY answers from ANYONE in ANY DEPARTMENT. We now have a half-finished website and NO ANSWER...
