I have been reading all the complaints posted and sure understand all the anger and frustraton. What a way to treat paying customers!

Photopoint.com gone with my money and pictures - Rip off Company
I renewed my photopoint when the parent company took over, was never notified that they were closing the site, lost my $29.95 and a lot of pictures. Is there anyway to get a refund? Is there anyway AOL can assist in getting money?

Photopoint!! at LEAST let us get our pics back don't rip those from us
I've been a longtime member of photopoint, I paid my dues and had many irreplacable photos stored there. I dont mind so much losing 20 bucks but for God's Sake, please let members recover their photos. There are memories and pictures that can never be replaced. Please.

PHOTOPOINT-a scam-took my $$ and my pix-and POOF-gone
I had five eBay auctions in progress-all Photopoint pix were posted for 3 days-then-poof-they're gone-they took my money, my pictures, my business and my trust. I'm willing to enter a class-action lawsuit-at leaset someone will get $$$-the Lawyers!!!
