Anonymous Mr who Slumlord. No heat windows stuck open. 6 apartment no heat. 1 hot water heater running on extension cord. 6 space heaters fore excape supported by a brick rusted out. Leaks in 3 places apartments. Rouches bc 302 wont allow bug guy in. They are the reason. Frank does nothing. No keys to front foor. We have code enforcement out almost 1 year now frank does nothing he saod he dont care. Code tells him who reports him. Code is helping landlord. Building needs full inspection instead it gets bare minimum. They on talk to people who wont report bc there think they will get kicked out. BOYERTOWN Pennsylvania

Advance America Frank Hamilton Received several emails from AACS when Advance america is ACS. The email stated that they would be filing a lawsuit against me tomorrow if for my debt of $954 unless I pay the settlement of $250.
