Anonymous Mr who Slumlord. No heat windows stuck open. 6 apartment no heat. 1 hot water heater running on extension cord. 6 space heaters fore excape supported by a brick rusted out. Leaks in 3 places apartments. Rouches bc 302 wont allow bug guy in. They are the reason. Frank does nothing. No keys to front foor. We have code enforcement out almost 1 year now frank does nothing he saod he dont care. Code tells him who reports him. Code is helping landlord.
