Anonymous Mr who Slumlord. No heat windows stuck open. 6 apartment no heat. 1 hot water heater running on extension cord. 6 space heaters fore excape supported by a brick rusted out. Leaks in 3 places apartments. Rouches bc 302 wont allow bug guy in. They are the reason. Frank does nothing. No keys to front foor. We have code enforcement out almost 1 year now frank does nothing he saod he dont care. Code tells him who reports him. Code is helping landlord. I was a renter this summer and my ac went out. No one would come and replace or fix the issue. Also my toliet was leaking,and not a soul would come and work on it. There was always a reason they couldn't repair or replace it. Just horrible people to work with.
