FACTORY DIRECT INTERIORS DOES NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCTS/LABOR
I purchased tile from Factory Direct Interiors in July 1999. My contract dated 7/8/99 is sales contract number 44672.
They finally installed it in October, 1999, but installed 2 different color tiles. I have tried ever since to get them to repair it, or make some kind of conses...
