Shop America I made an order on the phone for a book through Shop America. The order was never cofirmed by e-mail as they said. Two weeks later palpay informed me that someone tried to use my account for $149. Pal pal advised me to check my bank records. I did and saw that i was also charged $9. toward Entertainment.com It wasn't me, i never heard of them. When I called for a supervisor they hung up on me. Elk Grove Village Illinois
