Santec, Inc. Customer service is horrible. Paid thousands of dollars for premium hardware fixtures. Cheap plastic parts and poor design make this hardware almost impossible to work on and/or repair. To make things worse, I have been trying to get parts from the company for over a year. Multiple phone calls and emails yield no response. Finally agreed to send me a replacement set, then 2 weeks later emailed me that it's been discontinued (I found the set at multiple locations on line). This company and their products are strictly second rate. DO NOT ORDER THIS EXPENSIVE TRASH. YOU WILL REGRET IT AND YOUR PLUMBER WILL PULL HIS HAIR OUT INSTALLING OR REPAIRING IT. Torrance CA
