Telecom USA MCI's 10-10-321# They RIPPED ME OFF!advertized 5 cents a minute for long distance calls and without me knowing charged me 18 cents a minute plus other hidden fees. ripoff thieves No Address, On My Bell South Bill
When the 10-10#'s first came out we tried a couple of them.
