AFCO Industries, Inc. I purchased AFCO railing with lifetime warranty but within 2 years of installing, the railing paint is gone in multiple pces. We initiated contact with AFCO several times but nobody ever contacted us back. We finally reached out to the company CEO and got a response. AFCO offered to repce all the railing if we signed a paper stating the damage is not the result of a product defect. There's no reason the finish should have come off so soon, so it appears it may be a product defect and we refused to sign. AFCO withdrew their offer and now refuses to speak to us about honoring their warranty. We spent close to $14,000 so we want them to honor their warranty! alexandria la
