WE THOUGHT CROSSCOUNTRY WAS A GOOD BANK TO DEAL WITH UNTIL WE GOT OUR FIRST STATEMENT.THEY CHARGED US TO MUCH FOR OPENING AN ACCOUNT.THEN WE REALIZED THAT WE HAD TO PAY TO CALL THEM AT CUSTOMER SERVICE,THEY HAD ME ON THE PHONE RIGHT AT 30-40min.PUTTING ME ON HOLD.
