Encore Marketing charging consumer's via Store credit cards monthly fees for nothing. Internet
I have an account with WFNNB (Blair), opened the account because it offered 10% of the purchase. As soon as I got my goods delivered from Blair, I payed the account in full.
But ! Each month WFNNB will charge me $14.95 for ?????? revolving charges??? So, I sent this email to WFNN...
