Online Business Network monthly Fee Charged my frontier phone line w/o authorization , Internet
They just billed the phone line when a package was sent by unaccepted. The phone bill came with a mysterious $19.95 & $1.20 tax totaling $21.15 extra on the bill. How could they just stick it on the bill w/o authorization?
