I have been getting charges on my credit card from freelotto.com twice a month in the amount of $10.00 and $9.95. There is no phone information attached to this billing, I do not have an account with them.
I have looked through their website, written letters to the address list...

On June 23,2004 I was advised I was a cash winner. I was sent a packet to fillout which was executed and mailed to PlasmaNet and followed up with letters and an e- mail Phone calls proved useless as they are purposely misdirected
