Capital Credit from Miami Fl. ripped me off.

E Credit Solutions is a SCAM
I received a card stating that they could help restore my credit . I sent them a fee and in return I was to receive a credit card for up to $4000. Instead I received a catalog to order there items from. I have tried to reach them but the numbers that I have are all not in service.
