Capital Credit Alliance rip-off ..it's not really a credit card, you have to use it at their shops! *REBUTTAL
I got my card in the mail just yesterday. This is not even a credit card. You have to use it at their shops. There is a $19.95 a month charge for something, then a $49.95 a month charge for long distance. On top of this a $99 annual fee.
