We received a bill today for $30 for use of an adult site that no one in the house visited. They claim we agreed in several places to access this site. Somehow a dialer was downloaded and we were charged for 6 minutes of access. Do we pay this bill?

On Dec. 18, '02 I was billed for use of adult website. The number they charged it to was my old phone number. I had recently moved out of state and that number was disconnected on September 20, '02.
