Pass4Sure I have purchased an exam. They failed to give me access to study materials. Manchester

I have purchased an AWS exam last week.
The thing is, when I login to my account in Pass4Sure Engine it shows that there are no exam available.
I have tried to contact Pass4Sure numerious times, nothing happened. No one responded to me.
Can you please assist?
