Cellular Factory False advertising of merchandise Internet
I ordered cell phone chargers which were listed as LG chargers for LG Phones. The photos on the web site showed LG labels on the chargers. They were actually aftermarket chargers, one of which broke the first time I used it.
Cellularfactory admitted they were aftermarket charge...

Cellularfactory Received damaged merchandise and company refused to acknowledge email and calls Internet
Ordered gift online.
It was received damaged.
Multiple emails sent by recipient of gift and myself without any acknowledgement.
Both of us tried calling customer service and we were but on hold for over an hour each time without anyone ever answering.
Never could resolve...
