Tall Options Binary Options Company, Joshua Wilner, Ruth Caspi I and almost 600 others joined what at first appeared to be a legit company TALLOPTIONS.COM. They took our money, sent by wire and paid out withdrawals to a handful of people (baiting us).Then the withdrawals stopped.Suddenly no one was getting.
