Please beware of the strategy used by this maid agency, they just want to cheat your money, all they care about is taking customer's money. A very gentle and nice treatment is given in the first place before proceeding to the next stage.
The person in charge Christie Cheong is the one who im dealing with, when I just called to clarify the problems etc in a good manner, she talked to me very rude in the first place and started yelling me on the phone and made up a lot of lies and excuses. The way she talk to customer is either yelling or shouting which is very unprofessional. And problems occur 1 by 1 after payment is made and they will not entertain you after that even though i tried to message, email, or call them.
This company shall be close down and legal action shall be taken against them. they are cheaters by making a lot of excuses so you will stop chasing them for the problems they did earlier. Very irresponsible maid agency.
Their person in charge name Christie Cheong will yell at u furiously when u call to clarify the problems. Scammer company, when issue happened they just ignore and all they care about is taking ur money, avoid at all cost or u will deeply regret.
And i just realized that they are many people complaint about them too.
