IF YOU ARE AN ACCOUNTANT READ THIS! Do not sign up for this service. They will show you all these wonderful numbers and make it look like you will close deals left and right. WON'T happen! YOU'RE STUCK IN THE CONTRACT! I

I agreed to work with Ageras for leads in 03/2021, they have failed to deliver the leads that were promised and refuse cancel the service or refund me for their failure. They keep extending my contract to give them time to fulfill, but they have forced me to pay them even though they have not provided the leads per the terms of the contract.

Contract says clearly there is a 2 month cancellation period. After 3 weeks decided was not happy with leads provided during peak of tax season, company responds with threats of suing for the entire balance. They make promises that they simply can not deliver. They promise you will receive a certain amount of service revenue from their leads, and this is something that they have no way to guarantee to deliver. Very deceptive salesman, that tries to overpromise on providing leads of a certain value that they can not deliver on. Very shocked after deciding to cancel within the cancellation period, and to hear the threats.
I requested to break the contract, JAgeras for leads in 03/2021, they have failed to deliver the leads that were promised and refuse cancel the service or refund me for their failure. They keep extending my contract to give them time to fulfill, but they have forced me to pay them even though they have not provided the leads per the terms of the contract that Agera's pockets are so deep that legally they're willing to fight
