ambitionus investors 2 guys grant h and Isaiah y. came to buy my home give me a contract but they don't have the money to buy it, not even down payment, keep away from them they are fake home buyer scam los angeles string:CA
this ppl are pretending they buying home but they don't have the money to buy it , so after they give me the offer and a contract i find out they don't have the money as down payment, not even 10% all they have for a 580k price is $580. i am sure they did it in the past but no one reported them , this is why i warning u ppl keep away
