Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Sawgrass They lied to me on price to get me in the door. They didn’t have the car I wanted. They finally got the car took a $5000 deposit the took me to the finance office. They sold me a Mopar warranty the wanted to switch it to an aftermarket one thought I would not read.

Promised me a refund after Speaking to Dan the sales manger two weeks ago. When I called Dan and said I was not happy he just hung up the phone on me. I still don’t have my refund. $5000 is a lot of money for me and most people that buy from them.

I’m sure the owner of the dealership is not that way but is being represented by people who just don’t care. Tamarac FL

BOGUS FEES Dealership! Why Did You Even Reward Them With Your Business?

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? The other gentleman was absolutely correct and that is not the issue here. Did YOU read the paperwork before agreeing to it? Did you actually think two completely BOGUS FEES were legitimate?

They stuck you for over $900 in BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONY FEES! You went along with this? The BOGUS FEE CON-GAME, which they freely admitted to playing on their website told you everything you needed to know about the lack of HONESTY and INTEGRITY of this dealership slime. Why did you reward them for LYING TO YOU?

The last time you bought groceries did you pay a "dealer fee"? Of course not! These type of CON-GAMES are a mainstay in the Sleazy American Car Business and they think you are TOO STUPID to see thru their VERY OBVIOUS con-game of their made up BOGUS FEES! Start spreading the word in social media as well as your own circle about the $900+ in BOGUS FEES this pond scum added and never, ever again reward dealership trash like these stench dressed scum.

They lied to me on price to get me in the door. They didn’t have the car I wanted. They finally got the car took a $5000 deposit the took me to the finance office. They sold me a Mopar warranty the wanted to switch it to an aftermarket one thought I would not read.  OK, so you claim they misrepresented the price of a car, but then apparently they either got the car you wanted,  or at least located the car that you wanted, and you came to an agreement to purchase the car, so you put a deposit on the price of the car.  This means you have a valid contract to purchase the car.  Then they misrepresented the warranty in the finance office...they're morons..... I get it.

Now, you seem to be trying to tie the deposit you paid to the cheating on the extended warranty.  The problem you have is one has nothing to do with the other.  The deposit you paid is for the purchase of the car.  The extended warranty has nothing to do with the purchase of the car - only the decision as to how you wish to cover the car in case of a needed repair.  In other words, if you chose not to purchase an extended warranty, would that affect the contract to purchase the car??  NO.  If you chose to purchase the warranty, would that affect the contract to buy the car?  NO.  So I don't understand why you believe you're entitled to a refund because of the warranty issue?

If you did not take possession of the car, then you can claim (maybe) that since the dealership cannot place their hands on the car to sell to you, that they breached the contract and you'd be entitled to refund.  However you seem to be wanting a refund because of the warranty misrepresentation.  That would not entitle you to a refund.  There is much more that needs to be explained here because I don't see the reason a refund is warranted...at least based on what you've written here.....
